Six Sigma
32 Hour Course presented by Dr. Bram Saadevandi
The focus of this course is to teach the tools of DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) and customer satisfaction. These tools should provide a good understanding of the six-sigma continuous improvement process. The course will cover hands-on with many practical examples and applying the six-sigma tools by utilizing the Minitab statistical software. The course will also cover the tools of Design of Experiment and how to improve the capability and predictability with respect to customer CTQ's (Cirtical-to-Quality) and shareholder values.** Additional Costs for Tools, Books and/or Supplies may apply.
